Each registration must have its own email address. (The system doesn’t allow the same email to be used for more than one person.)
Cancellations are non-refundable; however, substitutions are encouraged
Exhibitors, speakers, and moderators receive complimentary registration for the full program (special events not included).

Letter of Invitation

We are happy to issue a letter of invitation so that you may receive a Visa to enter the United States to attend the Underground Infrastructure Conference.

The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law.

The results from this Visa Wizard do not guarantee that you will be eligible under law to receive a visa. You must meet all legal requirements of the visa for which you are applying. To receive a Letter of Invitation, you must first register to attend the conference, then email the information listed below to: EnergyEvents@GulfEnergyInfo.com. Your request must be sent from a valid work/organization email. Gmail, yahoo, etc., are not acceptable. Omitting any of the below criteria will result in your request being delayed.
