Bringing colleagues? We’ve introduced new team registration packages designed to offer greater flexibility and value when attending as a group. These options provide a lower per-person rate and make it easier for more of your team to attend.

Letter of Invitation

We are happy to issue a letter of invitation so that you may receive a Visa to enter the United States to attend the ChemE Show.

The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law.

The below link is to the Visa Wizard. It is a guide to help foreign citizens understand which visa category might be appropriate for travel to the United States.

The results from this Visa Wizard do not guarantee that you will be eligible under law to receive a visa.  You must meet all legal requirements of the visa for which you are applying.  The consular officer at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where you apply will determine your visa eligibility and the visa category suitable for your purpose of travel, based on U.S. immigration law.

To receive a Letter of Invitation, you must first register to attend the conference, then email the information listed below to: EnergyEvents@GulfEnergyInfo.com. Your request must be sent from a valid work/organization email. Gmail, yahoo, etc., are not acceptable. Omitting any of the below criteria will result in your request being delayed.
