Russell Shulz is Vice President of Project Management for Fluor’s Energy Solutions business group, most recently leading the Houston Office as General Manager.

Over his 34-year career, Russell has held a variety of roles in project management, operations and construction specializing in international and domestic petrochemical facility development.
