Dr. Sankaran Murugesan started his career as a Senior Research Scientist, where he played a significant role in the development of a novel chemical nano sensor designed for oilfield applications. He later transitioned to a Project Manager role, where he now oversees various projects ranging from research to product development in the Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals division at Baker Hughes.  He has publication record of over thirty peer-reviewed scientific articles and more than 15 conferences proceedings and holds 20 granted US patents. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the IIT Madras in India.
