Anne Emberson is AVP Digital for Nalco Water an Ecolab company, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection preventions solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.

In her current role, Emberson provides digitally enabled, integrated water management solutions to customers in downstream, power, metals, mining, paper and chemical manufacturing industries.  She leads customers in digitizing operations to reduce water footprint, enabling technology to maximize results and optimizing total cost of operations.

Prior to joining Ecolab, Emberson was a Global Strategic Account Director for Microsoft, enabling customers with technology to create business value and accelerate digital transformation.  Emberson was also with Accenture in increasing roles of responsibility including Global Business Innovation Lead and Location Managing Director.  She has worked across the value chain, including strategy, operation excellence, supply chain, mergers and acquisitions and business development. Emberson has consulted many Fortune Global 500 companies.

Emberson has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Oklahoma and Advanced Data Science and Analytics from Northwestern University along with multiple other continuing education certificates. She brings over 22 years of experience across multiple industries having lived and worked around the globe.
